This is quite simple, yet delicious, light and healthy meal. Quite easy to prepare.
Heat large enough pot on medium high, add oil and cumin seeds. Cook 1 minute. Add onion, tomato and zucchini, ginger garlic and masala. Cook 3 mts.
Wash lentils once and discard water. Add lentils, add water and salt. Bring to a boil. Add salt. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20 mts. covered. Add Garam Masala and chopped green chillies.
