Yogurt and paprika barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

  1. MARINADE :
  2. 4 tbsps Olive oil
  3. 1/2 lemon Juice of
  4. 3 Garlic , crushed
  5. 30 gm Mint , chopped
  6. 150 gm Yogurt , plain
  7. 1/4 tsp Cummin , ground
  8. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Paprika ,
  10. Salt pepper and , as needed

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Combine the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken and turn to coat, then cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

    Barbecue the chicken, turning and brushing with the olive oil for 25 minutes.

    Serve the chicken thighs with Kuboose and Hummus.
