A delicious side dish with strips of tender beef.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice wine, caster sugar, salt and pepper. Toss the beef strips in the marinade and cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the strips from the marinade and reserve the marinade. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, red and green pepper and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil and stir fry the strips for 10 minutes or until just cooked through.
Return the onion mix to the pan with the reserved marinade and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with the spring onions before serving.
