2 Potatoes salt water Large peeled , boiled in and cut into cubes .
3 Eggs Hard Boiled
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 Teaspoon methi seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 Teaspoon mustard seed black
1/2 Onion chopped fine
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Tumeric , and Paste
2 Tablespoons Masala Vegetables (Spice Mix)
3 Green Chillies chopped
1/2 Cup cilantro chopped
1 Teaspoon salt (optional - suit your taste)
Boil Potatoes and put aside. Boil 3 eggs in water (about 10 mts) and put in cold water.
Heat oil in a Pan. Add Methi, Cumin and Mustard Seeds. Cook 3 minutes. Add chopped onions, Ginger Garlic Paste and cook 2 minutes. Add Spice Masala mix it, keep cooking for 1 minute and add 2 tablespoon cold water. Cook another minute and add yogurt
Add Potatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes (covered). Garnish with chopped cilantro and chopped chiilies. Serve with Phulka.
