Mango Ice Cream

A Mango ice cream somewhere in between and ice cream and a sorbet.. I call it my Faux Mango sorbet! (best of both worlds!)

Ingredients

3-serving
  1. 2 Mango ripe pulpy
  2. 200 ml Yoghurt curd or Plain Set
  3. to taste Sugar

Method

60 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Scoop out the pulp of the mangoes. I used Alphonso for this one (medium size)

  2. Add Photo

    Place them in a Mixer/Blender with the yoghurt and sugar and combine

  3. Add Photo

    Pour into an airtight container and set in freezer

  4. Add Photo

    After half an hour, take it out and mix it well to obtain a thick creamy consistence

  5. Add Photo

    Place back in the freezer to set for another minutes

  6. Add Photo

    Delicious ice cream is ready to serve!! Slurppppp :)
