Bacon and egg cups baked in a pressure cooker

Ingredients

3-serving
  1. 6 bacon slice
  2. 3 egg
  3. to taste salt
  4. to taste black pepper

Method

20 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Grease 3 ramekins with cold butter

  2. Add Photo

    Arrange two pieces of bacon in each in such a way that it cover the base and sides of the ramekin

  3. Add Photo

    Beat the egg with the salt, pepper powder and any seasonings of your choice

  4. Add Photo

    Pour this into the ramekins over the bacon

  5. Add Photo

    Set in a dry pressure cooker over a stand in such a manner that the base of the ramekins don't touch that of the cooker.

  6. Add Photo

    Close without whistle and bake on high flame for 20 minutes
