Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 350 grams chicken
  2. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 teaspoons Garam masala
  5. 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  6. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoon turmeric
  8. 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  9. 1 bay leaf
  10. 6.5 onions medium size

Method

30 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Coat the washed and cut chicken pieces with the first 3 ingredients and fry them in little oil till golden brown

  2. Add Photo

    Heat the oil again, and the spice powders and bay leaf and fry

  3. Add Photo

    Add the onions and fry them till golden

  4. Add Photo

    At this stage add the chicken with salt to taste into the pan with 1/4th cup water and cook till the water completely evaporates
