  1. 1 No Dosa Batter -for Dosa
  2. Egg-1 Egg Beaten
  3. 50 gm Chicken Bonless Breast (Cubes) -
  4. 1 No Onion Slice -
  5. 1 No Tomato Slice -
  6. 0.5 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger -
  7. 0.5 Teaspoon Chilly Chopped Green -
  8. 0.5 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic -
  9. 0.5 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste -
  10. 10 Nos Curry Leaf -
  11. 20 ml Coconut oil -
  12. 1 Pinch Mustard Seed -
  13. to tastes Salt -
  14. 0.5 Teaspoon Coriander Powder -
  15. 0.5 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder -
  16. 0.5 Teaspoon Chilly Powder -
  17. 0.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala -

  1. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pan & add Mustard seed and sliced onion. Let it brown. Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic, Green Chilli and Curry leaves. Let it cook till the raw smell goes, around 3-4 mins. Add, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Coriander and Chilly Powder and Mix well. Cook for another 2-3 mins. Add Sliced tomatos and mix well

    Add 100 ml water and salt and mix well. Add chicken pieces. Combine everything well and make sure that chicken pieces are coated with masala. When chicken starts changing the color add add 100 ml water & mix well.

  3. Add Photo

    Let it boil and add more water only if required. Once the chicken is done, remove the lid, add some curry leaves and continue cooking for another 5-7 mins on low flame, just to roast it a little more. Remove from fire. The dish will get a Dry Chicken Masala.

    Make a dosa,and put beaten egg on the top of the dosa with salt.

  5. Add Photo

    Remove Dosa from the Tawa and stuff with the Chicken Masala and roll it well tight.

  6. Change

    Once again put it on the Tawa and cut into 2 pc, serve with Spicy Mint and Coconut Chutney.
