Pao de Queijo
This dish was prepared for the subreddit, /r/52weeksofcooking, where the theme was "finger foods" and I added the theme of "Brazilian". I am not familiar with much Brazilian food yet alone Brazilian finger food so this week was a bit of a challenge for me. That being said, this dish was beyond good and after looking at the ingredients I am not surprised. They are basically giant balls of cheese bread. Cheese + Bread is always a good combination. We all know this. I served this with some soup to soak it up and I was not disappointed.
When making this, they were a bit oily so this recipe is reflecting what I would use next time.
