This cake is one of my favorite cake.. I loved to have gulab jamun from my childhood.. Off lately i have stopped having gulab jamun because of the calorie content in it.. This is a healthy version of gulab jamun.. No deep fry, less sugar and less efforts.. This cake gives you the taste of gulab jamun and the best part is its a cake

  1. 3/4 Cup Gulab jamun mix
  2. 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
  3. 3/4 cup sugar Powdered
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 2 tsps Almonds or cashwe
  6. 1/4 cup Odourless oil
  7. 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  9. 1 tsp Cardamom powder

    Add Photo

    Add jamun mix (here I used MTR gulab jamun mix) and sugar in a mixer jar thoroughly and keep aside..

    Now sift wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda 2-3 times in a bowl..

    Now add the gulab jamun mix and sugar mixture to sifted flour and mix well..

    Now add oil to it and mix...

    Add milk and fold gently, there should be no lumps..

    Pour the batter in a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 30 mins..

    This cake tastes awesome, soft and delicious..
