I'm not a professional nutritionist, but when I'm eating a green lentils salad with pomegranate, lemon, peppers and a poached egg (just to name few of the differents ingredients of this healthy treat), I know I'm doing myself a favor. No reason to serve yourself a second plate then

  1. lentils Green
  2. Bacon
  3. Feta cheese
  4. 1 Red pepper ,
  5. 2 Tomatoes
  6. 1 Lemon
  7. Cilantro
  8. 1 red onion
  9. 2 cloves Garlic
  10. 2 Eggs
  11. 1 Pomegranate
  12. Olive oil
  13. White wine vinegar
  14. Salt Pepper Cumin , ,

Method

    Bring salted water to a boil in a small pan and cook your lentils for 25 minutes

    In a big bowl, add your chopped onion, garlic cloves, cilantro, tomatoes, cook pepper, bacon (cooked with cumin and added at the end to keep it warm), pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, zest of a lemon and lentils.

    Season with olive oil, white wine vinegar, half the juice of your lemon, salt and pepper.

    Bring water to a gentle boil and add a teaspoon of vinegar and salt. Then turn the heat off and submerge your eggs, cracked in a bowl. Cook for 1 minutes.

  5. Change

    Dress your salad with one poached egg, few cilantro leaves and chopped pistachios.
