Oat Nut Bars
A while back I noticed that I was eating different types of store bought granola and oat bars without a thought because they were easy. Then one day I realised that I could make them myself, make them healthier (or unhealthier) as I wanted. Plus, it ends up being much cheaper than if you were to buy them from the store and you know exactly what goes into them. Ever since then, I always have these on hand, either in the refrigerator or the freezer to eat whenever I want them (read: daily).
These are very versatile and you can add anything you want to them. Experiment with different combinations! This is just a list of what I normally have on hand to make them.
