Tamarind & Orange Chicken

Tamarind & Orange Chicken

Ask my 2 year old what she would like to eat, be it first thing in the morning OR for afternoon tea, she will say Chicken and Sauce! Its her ALL time favourite... so with her fav food in mind, I like to find variations to make every time I make something relating to chicken
I went to a local malaysian restaurant few weeks ago and tried a chicken curry cooked with tamarind sauce, and have since then wanted to try a chicken recipe with tamarind, so here is one. I like how the sweet and sour totally balance out, and the chilli gives the lightest spice kick. You can add more chilli, but I did not because of the two year old. She totally went for it when it was served
