Veg Thai Green Curry with BokChoy



  1. one bunch bok choy of
  2. 3 numbers portobello mushroom of
  3. 1 potato diced into small
  4. 1 tsp soy sauce light
  5. 1.5 cups coconut milk of
  6. to taste Salt
  7. Green curry paste
  8. 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  9. 1 tbsp garlicchopped
  10. 1 tsp coriander of powder
  11. 1/2 tsp cummin of powder
  12. 1 onionchopped
  13. 2 tbsps lemon juice
  14. 1 bunch coriander leaves of
  15. 4 green chillies deseeded green

  1. Add Photo

    Make a paste from the ingredients mentioned under the green curry paste.

  2. Add Photo

    Saute the mushrooms and potato in oil.

  3. Add Photo

    Add the paste to it. Then add the soy sauce. Stir it and add the coconut milk.

    When the mixture comes to a boil add the bok choy leaves.

  5. Add Photo

    Add salt as requied and cook until the leaves are wilted off.

    Serve hot with cooked jasmine rice.
