  1. 250 g pasta of Black Ink
  2. 2 Squids
  3. 2 big cloves garlic of
  4. Parsley
  5. Half green chili a
  6. Butter
  7. Olive Oil
  8. 1 tomato (deseeded)
  9. Half lemon the zest of a
  10. White wine

  1. Change

    Bring salted water to a boil and add your pasta. Cook them for about 10 minutes.

  2. Add Photo

    In a hot pan, warm butter and olive oil. Add your minced garlic, chili and chopped parsley. Cook gently for two minutes.

    Add the squids cuted in rings. Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes then add 1 big glass of wine, another nub of butter and half your tomato.

    Once the pasta are cooked, put salt and pepper. them in your sauce pan. Add more chopped parsley, the rest of your tomato, the zest of your half lemon, salt and pepper.

  5. Change

    Serve hot and eat with white wine.
