Make a slit in the middle of each Okra.
Mix Masala, Besan, gingergarlic and tumeric all together.
Stuff each okra with little of this mixture.
Heat oil in a wok. Add all Okra and stirfry over medium heat.
Reduce heat to simmer, ADD 2 tablespoon water, cover and let it cook for 12-20 mts.
Serve hot when ready to heat.
