Okra stuffed with spices and Besan

  1. 500 grams Bhindi Fresh (Okra)
  2. 2 tablespoons Masala Pau Bhaji
  3. 2 tablespoons Besan (Chick Peas Flower)
  4. 1 Tablespoon gingergarlic
  5. 1 tablespoon turmeric chopped
  6. 2 vegetable oil tablespoonspoon


  1. Add Photo

    Make a slit in the middle of each Okra.

  2. Add Photo

    Mix Masala, Besan, gingergarlic and tumeric all together.

  3. Add Photo

    Stuff each okra with little of this mixture.

  4. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a wok. Add all Okra and stirfry over medium heat.

  5. Add Photo

    Reduce heat to simmer, ADD 2 tablespoon water, cover and let it cook for 12-20 mts.

  6. Add Photo

    Serve hot when ready to heat.
