  2. 1/4 onion large chooped
  3. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon butter
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 \ 4 teaspoons blackpepper
  7. 2 tablespoons red wine .

    Heat a pan and add butter. Add onion, on medium heat cook 2 minutes. Add Garlic and Mushrooms. Add Blackpepper. Cook 3 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer, add wine and cook for 10 minutes. Check periodically for burning - add a tablespoon of water if needed. Add salt to taste and serve hot when ready to eat
