Pancake with coconut filling.

  1. For Pancake
  2. 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 1/2-3/4 cup Water
  6. 1 number Egg, beaten
  7. 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  8. 2 tablespoons Sugar
  9. 1 pinch Nutmeg powder
  10. 1 pinch Salt
  11. For Filling
  12. 2 cups Coconut, grated
  13. 6 tablespoons Sugar
  14. 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder


  1. Blank step

    FOR PANCAKE- Mix all ingredients to get a smooth and thin batter. Allow to stand for 30 minutes.

    Heat pan and pour one spoon of batter on it and make thin pancake. Cook both sides.

    FOR FILLING - Heat coconut and sugar in a pan and cook till well combined. Add cardamom powder.

    Place the coconut filling on one end of the Pancake and roll it.
