Sweet Potato Dip Dip Dip

If you find this recipe difficult, that just means you are really really lazy. Easy tasty recipe to bring back a flavor of the tapioca nostalgia when its not available.

Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 2 numbers sweet potatoes Medium sized
  2. as required salt
  3. as required shallots green chilli salt water For the dip- , ,, and oil

    Wash the sweet potatoes well and cut them length wise into pieces and cook with some salt and enough water to cover it well. Once the water boils, lower the flame and cook with the lid closed till the potatoes are cooked (say 5-10 minutes). Note to check with a fork before taking them off the water and serving.

    For the dip, take 2 deskinned shallots, 1/4-1/2 of a green chilli depending on how spicy it is and some salt (rock salt is the best) and crush them well. Add in water as required, mix and then add a few drops of oil (coconut oil preferably).
