Whole Wheat FOCACCIA bread stuffed with herbed paneer, capsicum & cheese
FOCACCIA is the flat Italian bread baked in oven and is seasoned with olive oil and salt.
It can also be flavoured with herbs,cheese.or meat. Focaccia is commonly used for sandwiches or it can be used as a sides to the meals.
I tried out the focaccia with the stuffing which can be enjoyed as a breakfast or as a teatime snack. Usually Focaccia is prepared with all purpose flour, but i have used Whole wheat flour as the main constituent.
It tastes best when served warm.
