White chocolate peach delight panna cotta

WHITE  CHOCOLATE  PEACH  DELIGHT  PANNA COTTA
Panna cotta in Italian means cooked cream. It  is a dessert made by simmering  cream with sugar, then mixed with gelatin and cooled until set.it is flavored with vanilla, spices and topped  with fruits and served chilled.
This is one of the easiest  dessert to be made…in my recipe I have flavoured the cream with white chocolate and vanilla and layers  of peaches and jam.it turned out amazing.

Ingredients

  1. PANNA COTTA
  2. 400 ml Heavy cream
  3. 4 tbsps chocolate White (grated)
  4. 3 tbsps Sugar Powdered
  5. ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  6. 2 tsps Gelatin powder
  7. 5 - 6 tbsps water Cold
  8. PEACH layer
  9. 1 cup Peach puree
  10. 3 tbsps Sugar
  11. 1 tsp Gelatin powder
  12. 3 tbsps water Cold
  13. JAM layer
  14. ¾ cup jam Mixed fruit
  15. ¼ cup Water +2 tbsp
  16. ½ tsp Gelatin

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and allow it to rest for 5minutes

    In a pan heat sugar and peach puree till sugar is dissolved

    Remove from heat, add gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved completely

    Cool for 3-4 minutes

    Pour this mixture in to the glasses to be served

    Refrigerate till set

    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it rest for few minutes

    Heat jam with water in a pan till it melts

    Remove from heat and add the gelatin mixture and whisk it nicely  till gelatin dissolves

    Cool it little

    Then pour over the peach layer

    Refrigerate till set

    Sprinkle gelatin in cold water,let it rest for few minutes

    Heat sugar, cream and vanilla till mixture get one boil

    Do not heat the mixture too much

    Remove from the heat, add white chocolate and gelatin mixture

    Stir till both get dissolved well
