Orange juice marinade grilled fish

Orange juice marinade grilled fish

This recipe is dedicated to my father, as I have  learned this from him.
On my father and brother’s visit to India, I went to Mumbai to spend my vacations with them.
He made the grilled fish marinated in orange juice which turned out amazing.
It had all the flavor of tanginess, sweetness, sourness and spicy too.
This is one of the easiest and a very flavourful  recipe I want to share.
In this recipe I have used Ladyfish but you can any fish (sea bass, basa, seer, emperor fish  etc)
