In a microwave safe bowl, steam or boil the vegetables in cubes for 3- 5mins till done 3/4.
Then in a frying pan, add the butter, add the garlic flakes and onions and sauté till translucent.
Add the veggies cooked, and toss well with salt,pepper and other seasonings. Red chilli flakes can be added or substituted in place of black pepper.
Sprinkle the cheese, and parsley and cook for another two three mins.add the cooked bacon bits.
Serve in a plate with lemon wedges, garnished with coriander sprigs and drizzle of olive oil.
Have it like a snack with a toasted garlic bread, with steamed rice or on top your favourite pasta.
