Homemade Paneer

Homemade Paneer

I never imagined it to be so easy to make indian homemade cottage cheese but it is..Paneer can be prepared with lemons/ vinager/ or yogurt. This recipe is with yogurt.
The Paneer Maker is a steel container with a removable base and a top lid. The Paneer Maker is available at steel utensil stores in India and helps you make extra firm paneer that can be cut, sliced and used as you like!
