  1. 1 cuP besan gram flour or
  2. 1/4 cup Yoghurt Dahi or beaten
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric
  4. 2 tsps salt pepper Seasoning
  5. Water as needed
  6. optional Veggies of choice chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add the flour, yoghurt, seasonings and water enough make a loose pourable batter.

    Add the vegetables like chillies, tomatoes or capsicum if needed but not too much but just a bit.

    In a frying pan, add a tsp of butter and put a ladle of batter in the centre and make a round shape with the ladle towards out, just like a dosa and let it crisp up till brown

    Turn and add bit oil from sides and then serve onto a plate with desired chutney
