  2. Apple .........................................................................................1 (cubed)
  3. tbsp Honey ........................................................................................2
  4. cups milk Low fat ................................................................................2
  5. Ice cubes.....................................................................................few

Method

    In a blender, blender together pistachios, almonds, and little milk till it forms smooth paste
