  1. 1/4 cup rice Broken
  2. 1 litre milk Whole
  3. 1/2 litre Water
  4. 1/2 cup Sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon Condense milk
  6. 6 numbers Cardamom, crushed
  7. 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
  8. 2 tablespoons Ghee


  1. Add Photo

    Wash the rice well and keep aside.

  2. Add Photo

    Add milk, water and sugar into a vessel, bring to boil.

  3. Add Photo

    Add rice and cook in low flame. Stir occassionaly until you get the desired consistency.

  4. Add Photo

    Add condense milk and cardamom powder. Remove from fire.

  5. Add Photo

    Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
