  1. 500 grams Chicken drumettes, skin-on
  2. 2 teaspoons Chilli powder
  3. 2 teaspoons kashmiri chilli powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger paste
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic paste
  9. 2 tablespoons Curd
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Oil - for deep frying


  1. Blank step

    Make 1-2 slit on each chicken drumettes and marinate it with all the ingredients except oil for deep frying.

    Cover and refrigerate the chicken for about 2 hours or overnight.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken in low- medium flame until brown in color.
