  1. 1 beetroot paste
  2. 1 cup sabudana
  3. 1 bowl milk
  4. 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  1. Firstly make puree of beetroot. Then soaked the sabudana for 2 hours.

  2. After that boiled the milk and then add beetroot paste, sabudana and cooked it on low flame and stir it continually.

  3. After reducing the milk and sabudana is geeting cooked add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix it nicely.

  4. Then switched off the flame. Now take as per your choice of mould and put ingredients in it and put in the fridge for sheeting for 15 minutes. After that demould it, your dessert is ready to eat.
