Baked Chicken
I have used just few easy available ingredients here.A very easy and tasty baked dish.
Ingredients

500 Grams Whole Chicken

11/2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic - Paste

1 Tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder

11/2 Teaspoons Lime Juice

Salt (As Needed)

Oil (As Needed)

Vegetables (Optional)
Cooking Instructions

Take a 500 gm whole chicken. Remove the skin and wash the chicken well.Make 2-3 shallow gashes on the breast side.

Take a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder, lime juice, salt.

Marinate the chicken in and out with the above marinade. Cover the bowl with a cling film and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Bring the chicken to room temperature before baking.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the chicken on a baking tray. Spread the vegetables around the chicken (optional). I used onions and carrots here.

Drizzle oil all over the chicken and bake it for one hour. You may need to turn it twice in between.

Baked chicken is ready. If needed squeeze extra lime juice.
