Easiest way without using breadcrumbs or egg. Need to refrigerate for an hour to firm them up.

Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 220 Ground Lamb
  2. 1 Onion , medium-sized , finey chopped
  3. 3 Garlic , finely chopped
  4. 2 Tablespoons Parsely , Finely Chopped
  5. 1 Pinch Paprika
  6. To Taste Pepper
  7. To Taste Salt
  8. Olive Oil (if needed)

Method

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except Olive oil)

    Take a handful of mixture and form into patties using your hand.

    Cover them well and refrigerate for at-least one hour.

    Heat the skillet over medium heat.

    Brush the patties with olive oil (if needed) and place them on the skillet.

    For well done, cook the steak for 3-4 minutes. Use tongs to turn and cook the other side.

    Serve as you wish - with buns, breads or chappathis.
