Ingredients

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 2 brown bread slices, crumbs
  4. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. Green coriander leaves, chopped finely
  6. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the potatoes.

    Add all the ingredients together.

    Make small balls and press lightly to flatten and roll in toasted bread crumbs.

    Deep fry till golden brown.

    Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.

    Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup
