  9. 1 tsp dhania powder
  10. 1 teaspoon amchur powder
  11. salt as per taste
  12. for paratha ingredients
  13. 3 cup gehu ka aata
  14. 2 tsp oil
  15. 1 teaspoon ajwain
  16. salt as per taste
  17. water as per requirement
  18. ghee for paratha

Cooking Instructions

    Alu or pyas ki skin utarle or lambe pcs me cut kare

  2. 2

    Ek kadai me oil garam kare usme jeera hing add kare or lauki kati huyi chips add kare

    Usme haldi powder or salt as per taste add kare or mix kare achhe se

    Lid dhakake 5 min pakane de alu ko

    Jab alu half pak gaye ho to usme onion add kare

    Mix kare achhe se

    Jab alu or pyas achhe se pak jaye tab baki ke sare masale add karde

    Mix kare achhe se or 5 se 7 min saute

    Ready he aapki alu pyas ki chatpati sukhi sabji

    Gehu ke aate me ajwain salt or oil add kare or mix kare achhe se or jarurat ke hisab se pani add kare or parathe ka aata lagaye

    Dough ready he esko 10 min rest dedijiye

    Roti bele or oil spread kare thoda or uske uper se dry aata sprinkle kare

    Roti ko aise fold kare or palat de wese dusari side pe bhi aise hi karna he

    Aise hi oil lagake sukha aata sprinkle kare or aise fold kare

    Thoda sa sukhe aata sprinkle kare triangle shape me paratha bele

    Parathe ko garam tave pe dono side pe ghee lagake achhe se selk lijiye

    Ready he aapki alu pyas ki sukhi sabji or triangle shape ke ajwain ke parathe
