Chicken Lollipop Homemade
Ingredients

8 pieces Chicken wings

1 tsp Chilli oil

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1-2 tsp Chilli vinegar

1 tbsp red chilli sauce

Pinch powder red colour

1 tbsp soya sauce

to taste Salt

2 tbsp maida
-
1 tbsp cornflour

1 egg

I have taken chicken wings for chicken lollipop only. Ask butcher for it.

Marinate chicken pieces with chilli oil, chilli sauce, chilli vinegar, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and salt for at least an hour

After marination add an egg, cornflour, maida and red colour in it and mix it well so that all dry mixture will coat chicken pieces

Heat oil for frying. Deep Fry this pieces until u will see a crispy coat on top or for 4-5 mins.

Serve it hot with sauces of your choice:)
