  1. 1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1/2 tsp ghee
  3. 3 cup makhana
  4. 1/2 cup great coconut
  5. 6 cup Milk
  6. For the garnish
  7. 5 badam chopped
  8. 8-10 kishmish

Cooking Instructions

    Fry makhana in 1/2 tsp of ghee and crush coarsely. In a pan mix crushed makhana and milk and simmer on slow Fire for 5-10 minutes.

    Add grated coconut and continue to cook for another few minutes with frequent stirring, till creamy and little thick.

    Add condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Till the desired consistency.

    Add elaichi powder, remove from Fire.

    Serve hot or cold garnish with chopped badam and kishmish....enjoy...
