Ingredients

  1. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup maa ki duli dal
  3. 1 vadi... maa ki dal ki
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. salt
  6. 1 tsp ajwain
  7. red chilli pwdr
  8. water as required
  9. for launji..
  10. 1/2 aalu boiled
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tsp souf n methi dana pwdr
  13. chopped adruk
  14. 1 chopped green chilli
  15. pinch hing
  16. haldi
  17. kashmiri mirch
  18. gram msala
  19. dhaniya pwdr
  20. 3 tbsp dahi
  21. 2 tsp gud
  22. 1 tsp imli paste
  23. 1/2 kasoori methi
  24. 2 chopped tomatoes

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    For puri.. soak dal n vadi over night n blend both with little water in smooth paste

    All ingredients n dal better mix in wwf n make tough dough

    Take a ball size dough n roll n fry all puries

    For launji.... peel all aalu n crush with hand

    Heat oil in kadai add jeera, hing, souf pwdr, haldi, kashmiri mirch, adruk, chopped green chilles, n saute now add chopped tomatoes n stir till it soft thn add 1 glass of water

    Nw add crushed aalu n dahi, gud n imli paste, n take a boil nw add kasoori methi n dhaniya patte... n enjoy hot with salad n puri
