For puri.. soak dal n vadi over night n blend both with little water in smooth paste
All ingredients n dal better mix in wwf n make tough dough
Take a ball size dough n roll n fry all puries
For launji.... peel all aalu n crush with hand
Heat oil in kadai add jeera, hing, souf pwdr, haldi, kashmiri mirch, adruk, chopped green chilles, n saute now add chopped tomatoes n stir till it soft thn add 1 glass of water
Nw add crushed aalu n dahi, gud n imli paste, n take a boil nw add kasoori methi n dhaniya patte... n enjoy hot with salad n puri
