250 grams mushroom

100 grams green peas

2 onions

7-8 cloves garlic

1 inch ginger

1 big tomato

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

1/2 tsp meat masala

1/2 tsp kitchen king masala

3 big spoon mustard oil
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil till smoky add bay leaves

Grind onion ginger and garlic in smooth paste and add in hot oil

Add coriander salt turmeric powder and red chilli

When it starts leaving oil add tomato paste diced mushroom and green peas

When it's half done add rest of the masala

Add one glass water and slow down the gas and close it it lid and cook it for 10 minutes or till the curry is done

Steve it with roti and plain rice
