Bhutte ke pakore (corn Pakore)

#Janmashtmi. It is mandatory to have corns during monsoon. Here is bhutte ke pakore. Treat all Govinda's this year with nice hot bhutta pakoras.
Ingredients

1 cup crushed corn kernels

1/4 cup baby corns cut into slices

1 tbsp saunf

2 tbsp coriander powder
-
1 tsp grated ginger
-
1/4 cup samolina
-
2 tbsp rice flour
-
1 tbsp green chillies roughly chopped

1/4 cup chopped coriander
-
1 tsp salt (or as per your taste)

Oil for deep frying

Green chutney to serve
-
And chat masala to sprinkle over it
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add crushed corn kernels and sliced baby corns.

Now add ginger, chillies and coriander.

Mix it well. Now add samolina, rice flour and salt.

Now mix everything well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

At this point if you think the batter needs more samolina then add very little according to the requirement.

Make sure it shouldn't be too dry.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry these pakoras.

Take it oil once the pakora get golden brown.

Sprinkle some chat masala over it.

Now serve these nice hot corn pakore with nice green chutney or ketchup and enjoy!!
