Rice flour Bhakri

Traditional rice bhakri with convenient twist.

  1. 250 gms Rice Flour
  2. 2-3 tbsp wheat flour
  3. 1 chopped green chilli
  4. 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  5. Salt
  6. Warm to hot water
  7. 2 plastic sheets
  8. Oil


  1. Add Photo

    Mix rice flour and wheat flour with salt.

  2. Add Photo

    Add coriander and green chilli and oil or ghee.

  3. Add Photo

    Now add warm water slowly and starts kneading it. Knead it till dough become soft.

    Now take one plastic sheet and grease it with oil and put small ball of dough in centre. Now put another plastic sheet on top of it. And gently press it and make flat roti of it. Now remove upper plastic sheet and gently take roti on hand and place it on hot tawa.

  5. Add Photo

    Cook both side till it get nice golden spots. Use little oil to make it crispy. Serve it with any gravy or or just with coconut chutney.
