Koshimbir is a very simple and easy salad recipe from Maharashtrian cuisines . Very healthy and yummy too.
Ingredients

1 cup cucumber chopped

1 cup tomato chopped

1 Green Chilli chopped

2-3 tbsp pomegranate pearls

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp peanuts ground coarsely

1/2 cup Hung curd

Black salt and Chat masala as per taste

Mix all above mentioned ingredients... It's ready....

For decoration zucchini slices filled with grated carrot (with little salt) and coriander leaves.
