Ingredients

  1. 2-3 pieces Fish
  2. 1/2 fresh coconut
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 3 red chilli soaked
  8. 1 whole garlic
  9. 3 tbsp coriander
  10. 2 amsul
  11. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Shallow fry fish with some salt and pepper.

    In mixer make fine paste of onion, tomato, soaked red chilli, garlic, fresh coconut, coriander.

    Heat oil in pot. Once it get heated add our paste in it with red chilli powder and turmeric and cook it till it starts seperating oil.

    Once its cook add boiled water around 1 cup and let it come to more boil. Add salt and amsul in it. Wait for 2 mins

    Later add shallow fried fish and cook it for another 4 mins.

    Serve it with rice bhakri
