Ingredients

  1. 6 Papad
  2. 1 Boiled and chopped potato
  3. 1 Chopped gajar
  4. 1 cup Choppedpatta gobi
  5. 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  6. 2 tbsp Chopped green chilli
  7. 1/2 cup Chopped mint and coriander leaves
  8. 1 Chopped tomato
  9. 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
  10. 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  11. 1 tbsp Chat masala
  12. 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  13. as required Oil
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 1 tbsp Maida
  16. 1/2 cup Chopped capsicum
  17. 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    All ingredients of the papad roll.

    Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil.add mustard seed,ginger and green chilli.sauted it.

    Add patta gobi and gajar.stir fry.

    Add chopped potato,capsicum and tomato.stir a minuit.

    Add salt,turmericpowder,and chilli flake.

    Add chat masala.

    Add mint and coriander leaves.

    Stuffing is ready

    Take a bowl add two tbsp of water and one tbsp maida make a batter.

    Take a papad drop with water stuff with prepared mixture rolled it.on the side spread the maida batter.than rolled it.

    Heat a pan add oil and deep fry the papad roll.

    Papad roll is ready serve with salad.
