It is a healthy and tasty recipe for kids.
Ingredients

6 Papad

1 Boiled and chopped potato

1 Chopped gajar

1 cup Choppedpatta gobi

1 tbsp Chopped ginger

2 tbsp Chopped green chilli
-
1/2 cup Chopped mint and coriander leaves

1 Chopped tomato
-
1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
-
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Chat masala
-
1 tbsp Garam masala powder

as required Oil

to taste Salt

1 tbsp Maida
-
1/2 cup Chopped capsicum

1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
Cooking Instructions

All ingredients of the papad roll.

Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil.add mustard seed,ginger and green chilli.sauted it.

Add patta gobi and gajar.stir fry.

Add chopped potato,capsicum and tomato.stir a minuit.

Add salt,turmericpowder,and chilli flake.

Add chat masala.

Add mint and coriander leaves.

Stuffing is ready

Take a bowl add two tbsp of water and one tbsp maida make a batter.

Take a papad drop with water stuff with prepared mixture rolled it.on the side spread the maida batter.than rolled it.

Heat a pan add oil and deep fry the papad roll.

Papad roll is ready serve with salad.
