Hide and cheese Tikka
#anniversary. This is cheese stuffed paneer Tikka made in oven. The flavour of cheese, curd and some spices just blasts in mouth.
Ingredients

250 g Cottage Cheese

1 onion diced

1 Tomato de seeded and cut into big piece

1/2 cup hung curd

1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric

1 Tablespoon Garlic paste

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4 Teaspoon Garam masala

1/2 Teaspoon Chat Masala

1 Teaspoon Besan
-
3-4 cheese Cubes

1 Tablespoon Butter or oil

In a bowl mix hung curd, besan, garlic paste, red chilli powder, chat masala, turmeric, salt Garam masala and mix everything well.

Dice Cottage Cheese into big cubes add these to curd mix.

Add dice tomato and onion, along with big diced cheese cubes.

Mix everything well And marinate it for 30 minutes. Allow it to marinate in refrigerator.

Meanwhile pre heat the oven for 10 minutes.

Take a skewer thread a tomato cube, then a paneer cube, cheese cube, again a paneer cube and lastly a onion cube. Thread everything firmly and compact.

Apply little oil or butter over it. And bake it at 200 degree Celcius for 10-15 minutes or till Tikka gets browned.

After it's baked serve it with nice onion relish and Green chutney.
