Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cup Sabudana - 1 cup (Soak sabudana overnight or 5 - 6 hrs)
  2. 2 Boiled and chopped potatoes - (medium size)
  3. 1/2 cup Roasted and crushed peanuts -
  4. 1 tsp Chopped green chillies -
  5. 1 tsp Jeera -
  6. to taste Rock salt
  7. 1 tsp Pepper powder -
  8. 1/2 tsp Sugar -
  9. 1 tsp Lemon juice -
  10. Coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

10 - 15 mins
  1. Heat oil in a wok and put jeera.....when crackle put green chillies.

  2. Then add boiled and chopped potatoes and fry little and add salt, pepper powder, sugar and lemon juice.

  3. Stir for a minute and add soaked saboodana and mix well. Then add roasted crushed peanuts and mix it then cover and cook for 2 -3 mins or till saboodana turns soft.

  4. Take Idli steamer....grease idli plate and fill saboodana mixture in it. Steam for 5 mins till crystal white. Once done take out in serving tray /dish.

  5. Then finally put coriander leaves and garnish as per your choice.

  6. Serve hot with yogurt or peanut chutney.
