Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl rice
  2. Taste accordingly vegetables (peas,patato, cauliflower, cabbage, tomato,wash and cut)
  3. 1 pinch Hing
  4. 1/4 Turmic powder
  5. 1/4 red chili powder
  6. 1 spn cumin seeds
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1/2 bowl moong Dal
  9. 1/2 bowl aarher ki dal
  10. 3 glass water
  11. 2 spn ghee

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Sabse pehle rice ko saaf karein or dho Kar kuch der ke liye bhigo de.or Dal ko bhi dho le.

    All veggies ko bhi dho le or cut Kar ready karein.

    Ab ak cooker ko grm karein usme ghee daal Kar heeng cumin seeds red chili powder add karein

    Fir usme cut Kia huya tomato Dale or 2 min ke liye bhoone.

    Ab all Vegetables ko add kijiye and rice or Dal ko daal Kar acche se mix karein or salt add krte huye usme water Dale.

    3-4 siti le. Ready yummy khichdi.....
