Ingredients

  1. 150 grm Sama rice
  2. as per choice Vegetables
  3. 2 tbsp ghee,
  4. 2-3 tbsp white oil/olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  6. to taste red chilli powder
  7. to taste whole garam masala,
  8. 7-8 pieces Cashewnuts and raisins
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the rice

    Boil the rice and sieve

  3. 3

    Heat a pan add oil and fry the vegetable slices add ginger paste chilli powder cover it sprinkle black pepper powder and remove from heat

  4. 4

    Now add ghee in a heated pan add the whole garam masala and fry the cashew and raisins add the rice and toss it with salt.switch off the fire

  5. 5

    Take a sizzler plate and place a lettuce leave.now arrange the rice and cover it with the fried vegetables

  6. 6

    Garnish it with lettuce leave and butter

  7. 7

    Sizzle it
