  1. 1-1/2 cup rice
  2. 3/4 cup green moong daal with husk
  3. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 piece ginger
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 1 tsp eno fruit salt
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 4-5 curry leaves
  11. 1 tsp rai

    Soak rice and daal overnight with fenugreek seed, next morning grind with cumin ginger and green chillies.Keep aside for 5-6 hours then add salt mix well.

  2. Change

    Boil water in a idli steamer, grease idli mould with oil by the time make tempering heat 1 tsp oil add rai and few chopped curry leaves when crackle pour in the batter then add eno in the batter pour in the idli mould and steam covered for 12 minutes on low medium flame enjoy with any chutney.
