  1. 500 gm bhindi(0kra)
  2. to taste salt
  3. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  4. 1 spoon coriander powder
  5. 1/2 spoon haldi
  6. 1 spoon garam masala
  7. 2 spoon oil
  8. 2 onion cut in slice (optional)


  1. Add Photo

    First wash the bhindi and dry with napkin.

  2. Add Photo

    Cut it small sizes rings.

  3. Add Photo

    Now take a pan and put on the gas.add oil and onion rings also.stir as well and till the brown.

  4. Add Photo

    Now add bhindi and stir till the bhindi will be brown on the slow flame.

  5. Add Photo

    Now add all dry masalas and stir as well.

  6. Add Photo

    Now cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Add Photo

    Now switch off the gas.

  8. Add Photo

    Enjoy with chapati.
