Snacks for lunch box
Ingredients

1 packet maggi or noodles

1/2 bowl peas boiled

1/2 bowl cornboiled

1/2 bowl capcicum long strips

1/2 bowl carrot long strips

maggi masala
-
1 sp soya sauce
-
1 sp chilli flakes
-
1 sp oragano
-
4 sp oil
-
1 bowl maida
-
salt as per taste
-
2 cube cheese grated
-
2 tomato cut in small pices
Cooking Instructions

First seive the maida in a bowl.add salt and oil, make a hard dough with some water.put it one side.

Now boil the maggi or noodles and drain the water.

Now take a pan, put on the gas and add oil 2 sp when oil is hot then add all veggies and saute as well.

Now add soya sauce,chilli flakes, oragano, noodles, maggi masala,stir as well.

When cooked all veggies then switch off the gas.

Now take a dough and do four parts.

Roll the thin roti and put maggi and veggies stuff between in it.now spread the cheese in the corners and cover with another roti, press as well.

Now put tava on the gas and cook the puff in medium flame on the both side.spread oil some oil also make crispy.

Now switch off the gas and cut into the centre with pizza cutter.

Serve hot puff with ketchup and any sauce.
