Ingredients

1/2 cup regular dough

1/2 cup spinach dough

1/2 cup grated paneer

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

1 chopped onion

salt as par taste

1 tsp chopped chillies

1 /2 tsp red chilly powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions

Prepare filling by mixing all ingredients and keep aside.

Take a ball from palak dough and roll it like full chapati and make 1 inch cut in stripes.

Now take a ball size dough from white colour dough and cut into 1 inch stripes

Weeving like chatayi

Place 3 tbsp of filling

Cover with another 1 roled roti. lock all sides with the help of folk.

Shallow fry both sides on preheated tawa and enjoy hot with dip
